We're seeking a strategic Corporate Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, drive compliance initiatives, and support our rapid growth in California's Central Valley. Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow management and banking relationships
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting
- Mentor finance team members and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in corporate financial reporting and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory requirements
- Experience managing finance teams in corporate environments
- Knowledge of California corporate tax regulations
