- Lead all accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA strongly preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Proven track record in financial reporting and process improvement
- Experience in fast-paced corporate environments with scalability
