Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly closing processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for 15+ departments
- Manage treasury operations and banking relationships
- Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Drive process automation initiatives using financial systems
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 7+ years corporate finance experience
- Proven expertise in multi-state tax compliance and GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience managing teams of 5+ financial professionals
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation skills for executive communications
