Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial decisions
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems
- Drive continuous improvement in financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Experience in corporate finance or public accounting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
