Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Analyze financial trends and provide strategic business insights
- Manage cross-functional budgets and forecasting initiatives
- Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Present financial performance to executive leadership
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 7+ years corporate accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of managing teams of 5+ professionals
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or retail industry ideal
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication
