Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly close processes
- Develop and implement strategic financial models for corporate growth initiatives
- Lead cross-departmental financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and corporate governance standards
- Manage financial risk mitigation and internal control systems
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive process optimization in financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Proven leadership managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
