Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Oversee all accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for corporate divisions
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate accounting with 2+ years in leadership
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in weekly pay environments preferred
