Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions and risk mitigation
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and industry standards
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive financial management experience in corporate or public accounting
- CPA certification required
- Expert proficiency in financial systems (Oracle SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven experience managing financial operations for mid-to-large corporations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
