Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time operational metrics and performance data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Execute night shift protocols to ensure seamless 24/7 business continuity and service delivery.
- Resolve escalated corporate service tickets and operational incidents with precision and speed.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive daily operational reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate effectively with day-shift teams to transfer knowledge and hand over critical tasks.
- Maintain strict compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Conduct routine audits of internal processes to recommend efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate operations, data analysis, or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
