Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize weekend corporate operations across multiple departments
- Lead cross-functional teams in achieving weekend KPIs and service targets
- Develop and implement strategic weekend operational protocols
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and mentor team members
- Coordinate with weekday leadership for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve escalated client and stakeholder issues during weekend hours

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years corporate operations experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record in team management and process optimization
