Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational functions across 3 departments
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies
- Manage cross-functional projects with $2M+ budgets
- Lead 8-person team through performance coaching
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate operations management experience
- Proven track record in process improvement methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and ERP systems
- Strong financial acumen with budget management skills
- Excellent cross-departmental communication abilities
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR expertise
- Immediate availability to start within 72 hours
