Responsibilities
- Streamline Processes: Analyze and optimize complex business workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, and HR departments to align operational goals with broader company objectives.
- Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate operations, business analysis, or operations management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective, sustainable solutions.
