Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all weekend operations, ensuring all departments meet KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10+ employees during weekend shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and implement strategic improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend stakeholders, providing real-time updates and reporting on operational metrics.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols are strictly adhered to during weekend operations.
- Crisis Management: Lead the response to any operational disruptions or emergencies that arise during the weekend shift.
- Resource Allocation: Manage inventory, staffing schedules, and budgetary resources effectively to support weekend business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing weekend or shift-based teams.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotational weekend shift (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive high performance under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and corporate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Location: Must reside within the Washington DC metropolitan area.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior management.
