Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operational workflows across departments (Finance, HR, IT)
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals during weekend shifts
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate with weekday leadership for seamless handover procedures
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance analytics reports
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements
- Ensure compliance with SOX and corporate governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- 5+ years corporate operations experience with weekend shift leadership
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP
- Proven track record of managing remote teams during non-standard hours
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Must be available for Saturday-Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
