Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all corporate operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of administrative professionals to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed weekly reports for upper management.
- Handle complex client escalations and resolve operational discrepancies with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
