Qualifications

- 3+ years corporate operations experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
