Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions with 100% accuracy for assigned corporate clients
- Manage vendor invoicing and expense reconciliation using proprietary payment systems
- Coordinate with HR departments to resolve employee payment inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain digital records in compliance with federal and Pennsylvania labor regulations
- Support month-end closing procedures for corporate financial reporting
- Train client staff on daily pay portal functionality and best practices
- Analyze payment processing metrics to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate payroll or finance experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP, or similar payroll software
- Pennsylvania Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0.5% or lower error rate in financial transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable internet connection
- Experience with daily pay platforms like DailyPay or PayActiv preferred
