- Oversee weekend corporate operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relations
- Execute critical financial reconciliation processes and ensure weekend transaction accuracy
- Manage cross-departmental communication protocols for seamless weekend handovers
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend operational efficiency
- Lead weekend compliance audits and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident management
- Generate executive weekend performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate operations experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or enterprise ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder management
- Proven project management experience in corporate environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Professional certification in Six Sigma or PPM preferred
