- Oversee weekend corporate operations, including facility management and vendor coordination
- Execute critical system updates and data integrity checks during low-traffic periods
- Manage weekend customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to weekday teams
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-week transition reports for weekday managers
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend projects and special initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with corporate security protocols during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of corporate operations or process management experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional site visits
