- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements
- Generate weekly performance reports for executive leadership
- Maintain compliance with corporate governance policies
- Train and mentor weekend support staff on operational protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years corporate operations experience in weekend shift roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
