- Oversee vendor contracts and procurement activities
- Prepare board meeting materials and executive summaries
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Analyze KPIs and generate performance dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years corporate operations experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven project management experience with stakeholder alignment
- SOX compliance knowledge preferred
