Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate development programs from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define business strategies, goals, and key performance indicators.
- Oversee budget allocation, financial forecasting, and resource management for assigned projects.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of analysts, coordinators, and junior managers.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, stakeholder presentations, and progress reporting.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate program management, operations, or project management.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and executing complex projects within tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project) and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
