Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, and operations
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure SLA compliance
- Present executive-level progress reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years corporate project management experience in tech/consulting
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven success managing $500K+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities
