Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and generate monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Monitor budget variances and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Support month-end closing procedures and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Manage accounts payable/receivable reconciliation processes
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA certification a plus
