Responsibilities
- Oversee daily corporate operations, including facility management and vendor coordination during weekend shifts
- Execute critical administrative tasks including report generation, data entry, and document management
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend operations inquiries and escalations
- Monitor security protocols and emergency response procedures during non-business hours
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend projects and task delegation
- Conduct regular equipment/system checks and escalate technical issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of weekend activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate operations or administrative experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-7pm) with rotating holidays
- Professional certification in operations management preferred
- Experience with corporate security protocols a plus
