- Execute critical weekend operational tasks including system monitoring, data analysis, and process optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain service continuity during off-peak hours
- Implement and troubleshoot corporate IT systems with minimal disruption
- Generate comprehensive weekend performance reports for executive review
- Serve as primary weekend liaison for client escalations and stakeholder communications
- Develop and maintain weekend-specific operational protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years corporate experience in operations, IT, or business process management
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend/shift-based environments
