- Execute end-to-end operational workflows during weekend shifts, ensuring 99.9% service uptime
- Coordinate with global teams via digital platforms to resolve cross-departmental escalations
- Analyze weekend performance metrics using Salesforce and Tableau dashboards
- Lead weekend incident response protocols for critical business systems
- Develop weekly operational briefings for weekday leadership teams
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and corporate governance standards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years corporate operations experience with weekend shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite
- SOX compliance and corporate governance certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong written communication for executive reporting
- Ability to work autonomously in low-supervision weekend environments
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
