Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend corporate operations including logistics, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Manage incoming communications and escalate urgent matters to on-call executives
- Prepare and distribute critical reports for Monday morning leadership review
- Coordinate weekend facility maintenance and security protocols
- Support cross-departmental projects during off-peak business hours
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activities and incidents
- Facilitate seamless handover processes between weekend and weekday teams
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent corporate experience required
- Minimum 2 years in operations, administrative, or corporate support roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities under minimal supervision
- Proven experience working in high-pressure or shift-based environments
- Valid Kansas driver's license for occasional facility travel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
