Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 member weekend operations team across corporate divisions
- Implement and enforce compliance protocols for weekend-specific regulatory requirements
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to maintain seamless weekday-weekend transitions
- Resolve escalated client and stakeholder issues with executive-level discretion
- Develop and execute weekend operational improvement strategies
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members during weekend shifts
- Generate comprehensive weekend activity reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate operations management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in Fortune 500 environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate ERP systems
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Professional certification in Operations Management (CPIM/CSCP) a plus
