Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring seamless workflow across all departments
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 corporate professionals, driving performance and engagement
- Implement and optimize operational procedures to maintain high efficiency standards
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend escalations and stakeholder communications
- Conduct regular quality audits and compliance reviews across all weekend activities
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure continuity of corporate initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and performance analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of corporate management experience in weekend or shift-based environments
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate management software
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
