- Manage real-time data analysis and reporting for executive leadership
- Coordinate weekend crisis response protocols and business continuity planning
- Facilitate seamless handoffs with weekday teams through detailed documentation
- Drive weekend compliance initiatives for regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate operations experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record of optimizing cross-departmental workflows
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure scenarios
- Professional certification in Six Sigma or PMP preferred
