Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend corporate operations including data processing, reporting, and system monitoring
- Coordinate with international teams across time zones for urgent matters
- Manage document control and compliance protocols during weekend shifts
- Execute scheduled system updates and maintenance windows
- Provide real-time escalation support for critical business issues
- Conduct weekend performance analysis and prepare Monday transition reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality of corporate data and communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years corporate operations or weekend shift experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
