Responsibilities
- Oversee daily corporate operations during weekend shifts, ensuring all departments function optimally
- Manage incoming communications, including client inquiries and inter-departmental coordination
- Monitor and report on weekend performance metrics using our proprietary analytics platform
- Coordinate with weekday teams to ensure seamless transition of critical tasks and information
- Implement and maintain weekend-specific security protocols for data and physical premises
- Lead weekend cross-functional projects as assigned by senior leadership
- Conduct weekly shift handovers with weekday counterparts using standardized reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of corporate operations experience, weekend shift preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated crisis management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
