Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate deliverables
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends and support decision-making
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
