Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions for corporate clients using automated financial systems
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and compliance reports
- Collaborate with finance teams to optimize cash flow and payment processing workflows
- Implement daily pay solutions while ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance
- Train corporate clients on using our daily pay portal and financial tools
- Monitor transaction security and fraud prevention protocols
- Conduct quarterly financial audits for assigned portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years experience in corporate finance or payroll processing
- Certification in QuickBooks, ADP, or similar financial software
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with daily pay or alternative payment systems
