Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Analyze operational KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Support M&A due diligence through financial valuation and risk assessment
- Present findings to C-suite executives using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate finance or Big 4 experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comps)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
