Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance with daily expense tracking
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through daily stand-ups and weekly reviews
- Utilize Jira/Asana for task management and progress reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech projects
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on aggressive timelines
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Daily payment processing experience preferred
- Ability to work in Fort Worth-based hybrid environment
