Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 5-10 cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA
- Execute sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Optimize workflows using Jira, Trello, or Asana platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience in tech or digital transformation
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira/Asana)
- Strong financial acumen for budget management
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
- Austin-based with local tech industry connections preferred
