Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for automotive tech clients using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business analysts
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations through executive-level reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery velocity
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives and client requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in automotive/tech industry
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project for project tracking
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and distributed workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on aggressive timelines
- Daily pay processing experience preferred
