Responsibilities
- Execute full project lifecycle management from initiation to closure for IT infrastructure upgrades
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, vendors, and stakeholders across Phoenix metro
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure sprint goals are met within daily pay cycles
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables using Jira and Asana platforms
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for cloud migration projects
- Generate daily progress reports and stakeholder communications
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for technical resources
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with daily pay or contract structures
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in managing cloud migration and infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment across Phoenix businesses
- Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with budget management for projects exceeding $500K
