Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) that will drive business growth.
- Technology Governance: Establish a framework for evaluating new tech stacks and ensuring architectural alignment with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, running proof-of-concept (POC) projects to de-risk new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists and engineers focused on the 2026 vision.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify threats and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract technological concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale digital transformations.
- Adaptability: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, forward-looking environment.
