Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or internship experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
