Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and document business processes
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Create comprehensive process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and champion data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, process modeling (BPMN), and requirements documentation
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
