Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and wireframes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Act as the primary point of contact for requirements management throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and sprint planning sessions.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular reporting to management regarding project status and business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the logistics, supply chain, or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full requirements lifecycle.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
