Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise-scale fintech platforms
- Analyze complex business processes and design data-driven optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops and sprint planning ceremonies
- Implement QA protocols and conduct UAT validation for new features
- Generate executive dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification and proven track record with JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication
- Experience with API integration and microservice architecture
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly desirable
