Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, and JIRA to analyze KPIs and present findings to leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate between development, product, and business teams
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through requirement validation and testing
- Create ROI analysis and business cases for proposed solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, UML diagrams, and use case development
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of documenting complex workflows and driving cross-functional projects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
