Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers) to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
- Conduct gap analyses to measure the impact of changes on existing business processes.
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support during the transition phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
