Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional technical specifications and process flows.
- Assist in the creation of User Stories, Use Cases, and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and reporting initiatives.
- Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis or data-related role (internships included).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of SQL or experience with data modeling tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
