Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Participate in the analysis of current business processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including use cases, process maps, and user stories.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
