Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and facilitate cross-functional communication
- Document business processes and create comprehensive solution documentation
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements
- Support UAT testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
